Is the Westview Signature true single-level living?

Yes. The primary suite, two more bedrooms, the kitchen, laundry, powder bath and the 3-car garage are all on the main level, with 10-foot ceilings and an 11-foot coffered great room. The finished walkout basement adds a family room, two bedrooms and a full bath for guests, teenagers or a home office without changing how you live day to day.

Can the basement be left unfinished?

Every AJ Caplin Custom Homes plan can be tailored. If you would rather leave the walkout level unfinished for now, tell us during your consultation and we will price both options. Prices you see for this plan on the MLS and other sites often include the finished walkout basement, so leaving it unfinished is one of the easiest ways to reduce your construction cost. You keep the same footprint and can finish it whenever you are ready.

How long does it take to build a new construction home in Cedar City?
